Overview

Yello appeared at Midsummer Night’s Dream Festival in 2012, adding a uniquely cinematic and visually driven dimension to the programme. Celebrated for their pioneering influence on electronic and synth-pop music, the Swiss duo presented their virtual concert experience for the first time, accompanied by a special live appearance at the festival. The project reflected the event’s appetite for crossover moments between music, image and large-scale immersive staging.

What We Did

As part of our wider curatorial and booking role for the festival, we supported the inclusion of Yello within a programme designed to bring together international electronic talent and ambitious visual culture. Their appearance exemplified the festival’s multidisciplinary identity and our role in shaping headline moments that extended beyond conventional live performance.
