As part of the producing team, we supported the project from strategic planning through to international delivery, helping shape the production’s pathway from London to Dubai. Our role included developing presenter relationships, negotiating the Dubai Opera engagement, coordinating contracts, and managing communication between artists, producers, venues and local partners. Alongside this, we oversaw the practical logistics required for an international touring production of this scale, including schedules, travel, visas, accommodation and production coordination, while also contributing to the wider presentation of the gala through support around casting, partnerships and the overall framing of the work across both performances.
